- Analytics and device data from your interactions on the website (collected via GA4).

- Counselling and application support, including sharing details with partner universities when you request it.
- Compliance and due diligence for visa and admissions requirements.
- Product improvements, analytics, and marketing communications when you opt in.
3. Sharing and retention
- We only share data with universities, testing bodies, or service partners after your written consent.
- All records are stored in our CRM and secured cloud storage located within the region.
- You can request deletion or updates any time by emailing privacy@findmyuni.co.
