1. Using Trinity International
- All counselling sessions are free unless a written agreement states otherwise.
- You agree to provide accurate academic information and documents to support applications.
- We may decline service if we identify fraudulent or incomplete submissions.
2. University offers
- Offers and scholarships are awarded by universities. We do not guarantee admission.
- You are responsible for meeting deadlines, conditions, and visa requirements tied to an offer.
3. Limitation of liability
- We are not liable for losses arising from visa rejections, immigration changes, or third-party delays.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees (if any) you have paid us.
