Migrate with clarity
Canada migration, explained by the rules.
We share guidance strictly based on the regulations published by IRCC (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada), so you can plan your move on facts, not promises.
As regulated by IRCC
The pathways, by the book
Express Entry
IRCC's online system for skilled workers covering the Federal Skilled Worker, Canadian Experience Class, and Federal Skilled Trades programs. Candidates are ranked by the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) on age, education, work experience, and language ability, and the highest-ranked profiles receive invitations to apply for permanent residence.
Study permit to PGWP route
Studying at a designated learning institution (DLI) can lead to a Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) of up to three years, and Canadian work experience gained on a PGWP can strengthen an Express Entry profile under the Canadian Experience Class.
Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP)
Provinces and territories nominate candidates who match their local labour needs. A provincial nomination adds 600 CRS points to an Express Entry profile, effectively guaranteeing an invitation to apply.
Family sponsorship
Canadian citizens and permanent residents may sponsor a spouse, partner, dependent children, and in some cases parents and grandparents, subject to IRCC eligibility and income requirements.
